GRE® subject in biochemistry, the cell and molecular biology

Hi all

I prepare to take the subject test in april,
but since its not widespread in my country i have no one to consult with.
did anyone have a recommendation how to learn to this test? did its necessary to take a preparation course? if i'll stick to the syllabus, am i be able to answer most of the question? what considered agood score?

and another question,more practical this time, is it necessary to know how to do all the claculation of the free energy change and the PH value?
