I've just finished making a brand new complete TOEFL speaking test (with all 6 question types), and it is available for you to practice at this link:

Please note that this test is completely new, with better quality scripts and recordings, and a browser-based application that allows you to click through the test similar to the way you would in the actual TOEFL.
