Write a letter to a publisher in a newspaper, asking to advertise a meeting of people from different countries, you are organizing, explain when, where and why.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to ask you to publish an advertisement in your newspaper on 12th April 2009 for a meeting that I will indicate all of its details as follows:

The meeting will be run on April 27th and finish on April 28th 2009, and the guests can attend to the convention from the entire world without any limitation.
The meeting is about globalization . The handout will be delivered on the meeting showing we have both Saturday April 27th and Sunday April 28th morning and afternoon slots and have arranged one speech by professor David Jones(author of globalization is certain inevitability ) that will have beneficial effect on the participants.
The venue of meeting is main hall of Tehran university and the cost of two days conference is $500 each person full board.

Please advertise it on page 2 in the newspaper with blue colour and big size font and invoice me soon. If you have any question please call my assistant Ahmad Modiri (00982122274940).

Faithfully yours,
