TOEFL® essay: Should university education be provide free of charge?

Should university education be provided free of charge for all interested scholar? This is a complicated aspect, because education is very important for the development of a society. I think that university education should be provide for a not too big charged.

First of all, I think that university education should be offered and have to be charged, because they are a lot of students whose don’t appreciate the value of education, especially young students. If university education is free of charged, this students could enter to the university just because they don’t have anything else to do or without know what really they want. In this case these students will be generating costs for the society but they won’t make their best effort to success in their process of education. Thus, they could not return the cost of their education to the society when they are professionals. Because the students can enter to the university and not appreciate the value of education, I believe is better that there is a charge for university education.

I believe this charge have to be not too expensive, because is very important to guarantee that the students whose are very smart and dedicated and do not have enough economic resources can to enter to the university. How I mentioned above, education is a very important aspect for the society’s development and it is important that most of the people that want to continue studying can do it.

In conclusion I think that university education should have charge because is necessary that students appreciate it, but this charged have to be small enough for guaranteed that people who don’t have enough money can access it.

Nowadays, with the effects of economic growth, world economy won't develop powerfully without people's knowledge. So, education, which is past from generations to generations, should be considered as a key to the success of our economic progression that has required people to be well-educated in such reputable universities as Oxford, Cambridge,etc. From my opinion, I totally agree with the statement that university education should be provided free of charge for all interested scholar for two reasons as following.

Firstly, it’s obviously seen that many students in several developing countries are lacking of opportunities to attend universities attaching with high tuition. Although these students have courage a lot, they won't earn enough money for chasing their dreams. Thus, providing free of charge for all interested scholar is in need to encourage these students continuing their chosen road. For example, one of my friends really wants to study abroad in the USA but his finance foundation is limited. This ordered him to learn at internal university. What i am talking about is that university should support more chances for poor students and significantly make our world becoming equal.
On another aspect, the more free of charge they offer, the more talented people are trained to step up our world economy. According to a sentence of one famous scholar which is said that our global won't develop chronically without well-examined people that these people, in somehow, will join their hand to help our world form better step by step significantly especially in nowadays technique era, which require the source of well-trained employees.
In conclusion, I believe that university education should be provided free of charge for all interested scholar for not only it is in need to form our world development but also fairly deal with all students involving diversified classes in our society.

I think is very hard to give a net answer.We might say that many hard working tallented students has not money to continue their studies.Still,I have noticed that ,many students that are not really struggling with studies,get free of charge place in faculties,due to unloyal practices,as copying at exams so on and so forth.I think is important a real objective evaluation in exams and tests.And the good students to be helped,sustained with scholarships and else.

In my parents’ time education was free of charge. thus, those time was the time of education people. Nut now many people have to work initially istead of get education, since they do not have financial abilities to do this. i think it wrong. Everybody has a right to get an education.
If government wants to increase educational rate in univesity, which is prepares good specialist, they first should increase access to these unıversities. It could be made by provıdıng free of charge education. now we pointed tandency that more and more open private colleges and institutions, that work on theirs profit.
In my country by the time occur the problem, that those who is more wealth and not very smart is educated in more prestigious uviversities, i mean more expensivem but those who i smore smart and less rich have to study in normal institutions where fees for eduation is not high. I think it is not fair toward those who is smarter and who deverse better educational conditions. But our government supports these students, they provide them some financial aids to access to “rich” universities.
In addition, if universities would be free of charge therefore university will severe theirs apply requirement, and it will raise level of education.
I think word “money open all doors” is not fair, the “knowledge open all doors” is more better. And we should think keeping in mind the last word. I do wish all universities is free of charge.
