With reference to your letter of 13/07/2006, The Zonal Director of Education, Kandy was sent all relevant pension documents and personal files in 2006. (Your copy of the letter is attached herewith for your easy reference)

Hi,

This all seems fine. I don't think you need the brackets around the last sentence and you could simply say: 'for your convenience' intead of 'for your easy reference.'
