hello,
is it true that ''to capsize'' is only used to boats and ships, and ''to flip'' is used to terrestrial transportation?
thanks.

'Flip over'. Not a phrase I would use of a large vehicle-- I would probably use 'overturn', but yes-- 'capsize' is only of boats...and 'overturn' works for them, too.
