I agree with you completely. Unions can cause a lot of damage to the society as a whole. They like to promote abusive strikes that harm the interest of the population. There are countries in which the strike is already part of the calendar, with the month and probable week already scheduled in advance. It’s an absurd. Strikes have ceased to be the last resort to be used on a negotiation table and is, in fact, the first one (not to say the ‘’only one’’).
There should be laws to protect the society from those bad unions.

I agree with you completely. Unions can adversely affect society as a whole. They sometimes promote strikes that harm the interest of the population. There are countries in which strikes are part of the calendar, with the month and probable week already scheduled in advance. It’s absurd. Strikes have ceased to be the last resort at the negotiation table and are often the first or only one.
There should be laws to protect society from disruptive unions.
