Hi all,

Could you please help me to correct below sentence if any improper.

Before I do the batch completiion, could you please indicate which session the attendees completed in the attedance list? As you know, two sessions were conducted for this mentioned training and the batch completion has to be done respectively.

In addition, can I say two sessions were created rather than conducted? what are the difference?

Thank you very much

Hi,

My suggestions are in capital letters:

Before I do the batch completion/BEFORE I COMPLETE THE BATCH, could you please indicate which session the attendees completed in the atteNdance list(NO QUESTION MARK) As you know, two sessions were conducted for this mentioned/PARTICULAR training and the batch completion has to be done respectively( THE BATCH HAS TO BE COMPLETED RETROSPECTIVELY???).

On your other point 'conducted' means 'carried out/completed'. 'Created' means 'made up' - it depends on what you want to say.
