Learn: to gain knowledge of a subject or skill, by experience, by studying it, or by being taught.

Study: to spend time reading, going to classes etc. in order to learn about a subject.

They are totally different. Actually, you can say that learning is a consequence of studying.

"If you study, you learn."

-------------------------------

Speak: to talk to someone about something.
Tell: if someone tells you something, they communicate information, a story, their feelings etc. to you.
Say: to express an idea, feeling, thought etc using words.

Examples;
I spoke to her last Wednesday.
I wish someone had told me the meeting was canceled.
What did you say to her?

As you can understand from definitions tell and say have same meanings. The difference is that after tell you have to use "object" which is "me" in above sentence and after say you have to use "to+object" which is "to her" in above sentence.

As for speak, speak is quite different from tell and say.
You have to use "to+object" which is "to her" in above sentence.

I spoke to christina and told her to go theatre.
I spoke to christina and said to her to go theatre.
