make decisions vs take decisions

Would you please tell me the difference between the sentences below:

1-He decided right decisions.
2-He made right decisions.
3-He took right decisions.

Hi,

I wouldn't use (1). You can say:

He made the right decisions or He took the right decisions - both mean the same.
