Hi,

I wouldn't use (1). You can say:

He made the right decisions or He took the right decisions - both mean the same.

Hello Adam,
Would you really stay with ''He decided right decisions.''? I'm asking it just because it sounds a little bit redundant to me.
Thanks.

Hi Adam,

In addition to Alan's and Subway's explanations you might want to take a look at make a decision vs. take a decision.

Thanks,
Torsten
