hello all
i want to know what is the right verb to ask someone to make you free or give you freedom:
set me free or send me free?

and which one of these verbs means to try:
give it a shot or give it a try ?

It's "set me free".

"Give it a shot" is an informal way of saying "give it a try". They both mean to try.
