don't shoot no one
don't shoot any one

Both of the sentences are incorrect, because you did not start with a capital letter or punctuate them.

You can't use "no one" with "don't", because it creates a double negative.

"Don't shoot no one," means that you should shoot someone. It means, "Make sure you shoot someone."

"Don't shoot anyone," means that you should not shoot any person.

"Any one" is a misspelling in these sentences.
