Hi, everybody my name is Lisa Choy nice to know you, I got important things to do. I just have got the appraisal for 2008 and want to reflect own views and aspirations. For the beginning I picked up the job slowly for not familar with the new job. After the discussion with my team manager I entirely understanding with my weak point and have confidence to get the thing done and have improvement.

I don't how to write a nice and precise aspirations, is there any one can help me?

Any advice, tks
