Hi Torsten..

Along with learning flawless English, I think it is better to start a comparative study of other languages through our forum..

As I came to know recently that Chinese language has only one Tense, I got interested in knowing more about the similarities and differences between English and other languages.

For example, in Arabic most of us know there is a 'coupler' along with singular and plural.. may be this is a new information for some or many of our forum members..

In this way if we start analyzing the grammar and the traditional usages of other languages we can gain a considerable knowledge in world languages.

Thank you dear interested members for the cooperation in this regard..

It is such a complicated topic, as it needs a lot of time investigating and researching all these stuff. It is actually a kinda research work, really sciential and specific.

It is interesting as long as it relates to your interests. I don't think it has something with ToEFL preparations to do.

However we shall see
