Hi there,I am confused by the sentence :"you are responsible for the material presented in lectures."I couldn't figure out what it realy means. To me, it sounds like "I am in charge of supplying the material that is being used in the lectures" or "I have a responsibility to those materials" So,what does it realy mean?Could you pleasure do me a favour to find it out? Many thanks and have a very nice day!

.
If it is for your own lecture. then it means that you must gather and prepare your own materials.
If you are working in a lecture hall, then you must take care of the materials for the lecturers, that is, make sure that they are safe and at hand.
