.
Where do you go?-- Correct
Where are you go?-- Wrong

Are is followed by an adjective, noun or adverb, or is part of the continuous or passive verb form:

Are you handsome?
Are you a native speaker?
Are you in the classroom?
Are you dancing?
Are you assisted by any dwarves?

Do is followed by a verb other than be (and its relatives):

Do you dance?
Do you smoke?
Do you have a light?

.
