For a few weeks up to maximum of 1 or 2 months (...one week at a time) ... and somewhere in centre would be preferable, but I am open to look at options ... important is that it is near some shops or something, and that price is OK

My flat is situated 4 bus or tram stops from old town nucleus. You can do it on foot, 20 min of brusque walk.
Within easy walking distance you have a market, shopping malls, ATM, pharmacy, sport Arena, covered tennis courts, flea market... To put it simply, zone A of Belgrade.
you can check out tenants impressions *and photos on
www.eurovision08.multiply.com
although the flat has been renovated since then, and it is even more cozy.

A week's stay is 100 eur, but it goes cheaper as you stay more. Let's say 300 for a month, and 500 for 2 months,
+ electricity bills *and land line bills, if you use it.
Internet WI FI is included in the price.

Flat in Belgrade #40 (permalink) Mon Apr 09, 2012 9:43 am   Flat in Belgrade

Hi there,

the studio will be available from 20 April.
the price for May and June rental, with the inclusion of part of April is 800 EUR.
The deposit is 300 eur.

For this price you get electricity, water, WiFi, usage of fully equipped kitchen (dish washer etc), linnen, towels, and cable TV.

The flat has a secured door, intercom, great public transport connection to any part of the city (3 bus stops or 25 min walk from the old town nucleus), and is within walking distance to supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacy, a bank, a restaurant... and the largest shopping malls of Belgrade are 2 bus stops away.

If you need secured parking, this pays extra.

Bests
