The price is 20 Euro per person, for one day. But if only one wants to rent it, the price is 40 Eur per day....Maximum capacity - 4 persons

Thank a lot for your answer. In the city where I am living (Ivano-Frankivsk, it is situated in the west part of Ukraine) the price for rent the flat is 150 -200 euro per month. But average monthly wage is 300-400 euro.

In Belgrade are the highest rental prices in Serbia. Monthly rent would be 250 for a flat of 40 sqm. Daily rent is more expensive, off course. Average salary in Serbia is 400 Eur, but most of the people still hava very law salaries, I would say most of Serbs have 300 Eur, but in Belgrade there are many of those who have a couple of thousands of Euros per month....

The apartment can be rent for more months and the price would be 350 for a month,
It is fully furnished with all necessary appliances and adsl internet. It is 15 min by bus from downtown. The street is called Radnicka and it is near Belgrade Ada.
My mail is bokagajic@yahoo.com so you can contact me there

Hi,
I agree, apartment rent prices in Belgrade are rather high.
I rent apartment in Belgrade (Serbia) also. Apartment is just in center of Belgrade, located in vicinity of St. Marco church, main post office in Belgrade and national parliament of Serbia. Apartment is suitable for 1 to 4 person(s), fully furnished, well equipped, cable-TV, ADSL internet... Rent price depends - longer stay gives lower daily price, though negotiation is possible. Apartment is available for rent from one day, few days, one week, month, or more... If someone is interested in details, I'll left a link to apartment info web-site: www.kruna.info/eng.html
I'll be more than happy if this post would be of help to someone interesting to learn more about apartments rent in Belgrade.

Hi,

the flat I am renting is situated in New Belgrade, zone 1, close to Sava Center and Arena.
It is fully equipped and safe, with a marvellous view and wonderful neighbours.
You can swim, play tennis or enjoy two rivers within walking distance.
Bank, resto, shopping center, pharmacy... all that within walking range.

if you want to take a peak, www.eurovision08.multiply.com

if you need more info and photos, just say so.

Monthly price is 300 eur + electricity, water and phone bills.
Internet (wireless and ADSL are free of charge for you).

Possibilities of arranging whatever you need: food, cleaning, tour guiding, translation... you name it.

The flat has wonderful international library and everything you need for a normal life, by EU standards.

Hello everybody,
I-m looking for a flat to rent within walking distance (i.e. max 20 minutes) of Belgrade city centre, I need it as soon as possible but i will only be renting until June or July 2010. I don-t need anything too big but at least 30m2 would be nice and it would have to be furnished and preferably with an internet connection. I am a student doing an internship and i-m not getting paid, so i can-t pay ridiculous expat prices! I am English so i could offer English lessons in return for a price reduction if that sounds interesting to you. I-m female, clean, careful and respectful of other people-s property and neighbours.
Yossarian your flat looks and sounds lovely but I think it would be a little bit too far as I really want to be able to walk to work!
Please send me a message or post on this thread if you have anything to offer and don-t hesitate if you have any questions.
Thanks in advance

@Jesski
Hi Jessica,
There's an apartment right in the very center of Belgrade, barely 2 minutes walk to the heart of Belgrade's downtown.
If you'd like you may check it out right at my web-site: w w w. kruna. info (without spaces, of course). Please, look for "Small Apartment 3" for details. It is about 28 m2, with cable TV and internet connection, etc. I thinks it is not expensive, yet we can negotiate prices eventually.
There's two of my other apartments for rent, also in the center of Belgrade, but maybe too large for your need. Anyway, feel free to check it out at my web-site kruna.info

Please use e-mail address or phone numbers, found on web-site, for contact.

You're welcome any time.
