Observe something "at" or "in" #1 (permalink) Mon Jan 19, 2009 18:06 pm   Observe something "at" or "in"

Hello, i have a new doubt. I am trying hard to redact an article for a medical review, but it is no easy.
"We observed a new hernia just in the inferior bound of the PTFEe mesh". Is this correct? Could you suggest me another way of saying the same thing?

Thank you in advanced.
