For the head count of the members who opened a particular recorded message, why they say '9 views' while this is not actually viewing...it is only listening or hearing..

So, in my opinion, it should be '9 times listened' or '9 listenings'..

What is your comment...Maryann...?

Let the admin team consider to make the proper wording..

You might be right, Sahid, as to the head count of recorded messages. But when we listen to the record we can observe its time-line moving... I don't know how to explain it correctly. In fact your remark makes sense here, I think.

Actually I prefer voice messages to listen to because I am sitting in front of PC monitor almost all day long (around 6 to 7 hours) six days a week as I am handling the international correspondence in our company.

You will wonder that I don't have a TV set in my room and I don't watch TV programs but I listen to the news bulletins on internet radios.

I am a teacher of English too.
I live in Poland but I was brought up in Ukaraine and Russian was my second language.I have not used it for ages! Can you sometimes write at least a bit in Russian? :)
