Hi Feljen,

It would be better to say,

May I have the honour of applying to Silway-8 elementary school, or
May I have the honour of applying for [entry into] Silway-8 elementary school.

.
'Honor' is not usually an aspect of enrolling someone in elementary school. Your sentences sound unnatural. I suggest:

I would like to apply for my son's/daughter's admission to Silway-8 Elementary School.
