Hi! My daughter just had her quarterly test in English. There's one question that I am not quite sure how to answer and it goes like this:

Which of the following prepositions completes the sentence correctly?

The cook buys vegetables ___________ the market.

a. in b. at c. from


Can you tell me the correct answer, please? I'm confused between "at" and "from". Thanks!
