How to prepare for the TOEFL®?

My goal is to take the toefl test and pass it with a great score. I think speaking part is very difficult depond on the questions during the test. I hope somebody can give some advice to use in order to do better and be able to answer all the question types. thank you.

I found a lot of stuff out there that can help with the TOEFL, and practice is everything. There are free tutorials at many sites, like studio4learning.tv, that can help with review. This is a good free one, but there are others too.
