Hello, my name is estela and i need to write in 250 words what i do for my good health.Too many woreds for me...because I summarized everything in five words:BEING IN PEACE WITH MYSELF, it's the only way for thinking healthy and choosing the best for my life and for my family.But I still missing so many words...Let me tell you that I walk around the place where I live for forthy five minutes to an hour, and it energizes me for the rest of the day.After that I do the tasks of my home, but it's of course less enjoiable.When I go to the supermarket, the church, the library, the mall or to my English classes I procure ride my bike..New Tampa is the perfect place for riding, here I live in contact with nature, it's a safe place, filled with lakes, tress and friendly neigborhood. My breakfastis something that I should change,because I only drink a cup of cofee or tea with milk every single morning.I should incorporate fruits and cereal, but it is not easy for me because in my country usually you don't eat an abundant breakfast like in America.I only do it when I am on a trip and take my breakfast in a hotel.I never take vitamins, but in my daily meal I eat meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruit, and milk.This wholesome diet give me the natural elements that I need to be healthy, energic and prevent diseases such osteoporosis.But the most important for the good helth is to feel happy and laugh a lot.The laugther is healing, is contagious and is a gift from God. |
