Hi, everyone

Someone replyed my post and said: "That all this is far fetched, but Seagate has put many users in a far fetched situation." I can't understand him fully because I don't know exactly what does far feched and far feched situation mean.Is far-fetched an idiom? Could you please explain it for me?

at/in/on a forum(internet)? I also don't know which preposition I should use. Please also tell me if possible. Many thanks Wink [/b]
