please help me out. i have to write this letter to one of my clients:
1.This is to inform you that the plinth of Apartment No. POD VII/ BLDG 2/ FF 2/ 2BHK would be complete by 30th January 2009.
2.The amount due towards the above installment is Rs.XXX.
3.Kindly organize to disburse the funds accordingly.
4.We shall intimate you upon completion of the Plinth.

can we use would and is at the same time.should i say "the amount due would be" here the amount is specified.
