A teacher of mine told me that when you are going to do an essay first of all you should start with paper, something to write and your brain. She also told me that you have to start to write without reading nothing. She said that you have to believe that everything is in your brain. After that, if you do not know how to structure an essay, you can start with the traditional form of an essay: you have to start giving something like an introduction, two or three paragraphs to develop the ideas, and finally the conclusion.

Then, you will do research to support your own ideas. An essay conveys the ideas of a person, so you will only support what you already know.
