Dear Jason,
It is good to find a person like you who can help us, i have IELTS exam next thursday but unfortunately i have still problems how can i improve myself in reading and wrting also a little in listening?
My problem in reading is that i cannot concentrate on what i am reading so i will lose details i have to read more times it causes lack of time.
In writing my brain goes off and i cannot think about topic so i just read , my sentences does not have any relations,
During listening when i am writing answers i miss in following listening so my paper sheet will be clear ?

Hello Jason..,

I'm Tor from Thailand. First of all, thank you very much for being so generous. I really need your help to improve my writing and now I have two questions that I'd like to ask. First one is the word "whatever", suppose I'm a receptionist and I'm having a conversation with a guest. Will it be impolite to answer "whather" to a question ? Another question is the meaing of "a scene out of the picture", does it mean very beautiful or gorgeous??
