It looks for me like a mixture of some ideas.

"I think he would see her if he entered the hall" looks correct
"I think he would see her if he entered the hall at 3 o'clock" - maybe correct

"He has surely seen her if he has entered the hall" - certainly correct
"He has surely seen her if he has entered the hall at 3 o'clock." - I do not know.

Could I see a comment from somebody else?
