Are trying to learn or you're just trying to get answers for a test?

Anyway, in the first question (which is number 6 in your post) the correct answer is "anybody" because it's an interrogative phrase.

8 - Will be able to, of course. It's about the baby having the ability to walk in the near future.

10 - On. Sorry but I just can't explain why lol.

13 - D. They have known. They STILL know each other, since 1992, so present perfect is preferred there.

14 - B - have been waiting. It's an uncompleted action. Present Perfect Continuous. Also, the "for" on the original phrase shows that you should use "waiting". "Waiting for".
