They are both about past actions, Sajjad. 'Did' is affirmative and interrogative and 'didn't' is negative and interrogative:

Did you go to school yesterday?
No, I didn't.
Yes, I did.

I have several grammer book at home i studied but very poorly I understand When can I use "have been,had been,has been,haven't been,hadn't been, hasn't been

please help for this matter

Present perfect: for recent past events or events somehow connected to the present:

I/you/we/they have been-- affirmative
He, she, it has been-- affirmative
I/you/we/they haven't been-- negative
He, she, it hasn't been-- negative

Past perfect: for a past event that precedes another past event:

I/you/we/they/he/she/it had been-- affirmative
I/you/we/they/he/she/it hadn't been-- negative
