Hello,
Which form is proper when we talk about people? "patients in case of whom or which ":?: I know that "which" is used for things, but I'm not sure about the other option either. Help!

The sentence goes like this:
"A long-term, safe pharmacotherapy is a method whose effectiveness has been proven in treatment of ADHD and it should be applied in children, in case of whom modification of educational methods and other therapy methods do not lead to a sufficient effect."
