What is the difference between following pair of tences

He made & he has made.

I have done it & I did it.

Whe you have qialified & when did you qualified.

Also tell how & where to use become, became, becomes

for example see the following sentence is correct or not

He made & he has made. I have done it & I did it.-- Simple past states a finished past event. Present perfect relates that past event to the present in some way-- it may be quite recent, it may be of particular current interest, it may affect the current situation, etc.

When did you qualify?-- Only this is correct, since the speaker asks for a specific past date for a completed action.

"The total of all the sale is Rs.50000"-- This is now correct. 'Become' suggests a change in condition and is not appropriate here.

Also, About the "qualify" question: It could be done using Present Perfect as long as it didn't mention specific time (always remember that, P.P. can't be used in this condition).

Ex.:

"Have you qualified?" - No specific time mention.
