Which one is the correct one?

"This task is taking a longer time".
"This task is taking a long time".
"This task is taking longer time".

Thanks,

"This task is taking a long time", between those. But I think "This task is taking too long" is even better.

The third one doesn't make sense, and the first one is using "a longer time", so you would need to say compared to what, it is taking longer. Using "than".

For ex.:

"This task is taking a longer time than the other one".
