1) "Should the Contractor fail to provide the data specified in §2, the agreement shall be suspended until the provision of the data."

The message is meant to sound formal.
Or would it be better to say "the agreement will be suspended"? Is there any difference between the two?

2) Could somebody also tell me if this one is correct: "The agreement shall enter into force on the day it is signed by both parties."

Regards!
Raf

.
1-- 'Shall' is fine; this is one of the few remaining uses for the form. 'Will' is OK, too.
2-- Correct for the same reason as #1. 'Will' is OK, too.
