Hi, everybody!

I'm sorry for staying away for such a long time, but I've been extremely busy with university stuff. The semester break hast just begun for me in this moment - I still have to write two research papers, but fortunately now I have some time.

And I am ready to go on with my lessons, if you want me to. Is there a special topic you want me to post?

Regards
Sunny Smile

Hi, Naughty Girl!

Yes, teaching an 11 year old can be a challenge indeed Smile
I did that once. Is he learning English at school already? Then there might be material his teachers work with and you could make use of it, too. By the way, where are you/ the boy from?

I think that at this age the best method to teach a second language is employing all kinds of media: writing and performing dialogues in short sketches, songs, poems, children's stories or perhaps a kids' TV show you could watch with him in English (small parts of it each time of course) and talk about afterwards.

Besides, you could use sofware. There are always programms on the internet (freeware) you can get or online games you can play. I will look for some links, if you want me to.

Regards Sunny
