Fix your spelling. There is no word "u" in English, and it's not clear whether you mean "shyness" or "shininess".

For me I think shyness is to feel shy from Allah then pepole by avoiding falling in sins and doing bad deeds, but shyness should be balanced

You're confusing the idea of shyness with the idea of shame.

Arabic speakers should be careful with the word "shy", because they often mistakenly say, "I felt shy," when they really mean, "I felt ashamed."

These are two completely different concepts in English.

For me shyness is being afraid to ask a girl on the street= I'm shy:/

I do not understand the difference between shyness and shame in English
shame is bad thing in Arabic , but shyness is good

"Shyness" means that a person has trouble socializing normally because he or she is hesitant to speak to people.

"Shame" means that someone feels embarrassment or self-hatred because of some sin or mistake he has committed.
