i am confuse to use everyweek and everysunday.

Is it ok if i use everyweek and every sunday in my sentence?

for example like this" my younger brother plays kite every sunday?"

is it the same if i use every week?

"my younger brother plays kite everyweek."

Would you tell me the truth

Hi Kiki..

You are free to use 'every week' or 'Sunday' as you wish in this simple present tense. But if you use 'Sunday' in the sentence it will be more specific because 'every Sunday' means 'every week'..! Got it..?

Also if you want to be more precise as to the day of the week your brother flies a kite (I don't know about an expression "play kite"), you just can say "My brother (usually) flies a kite on Sundays" :)

''everyweek and everysunday'' you must undertstand before you ask the question, I mean this is simple present, the simple present tense is generally used for an action that is done regulary for an action that happen perhaps everyday, so you often use words like, usually, generally, everyday, everyweek, everyhour, when you see every+verb also, sometimes, always, etc is used for a repeated or habitual action.... got it

Thanks
