Which SAT® module to appear?

Hi, I am a student from Bangladesh. I have just completed my high school and got admitted in an university. I want to study Aeronautics which isn't possible in my country. But the problem is I can't afford it without financial aids or scholarship. So I decided to loose one year and to take a SAT test in the mean time to increase the possibility of getting a good scholarship.
So I want to know which SAT module should I attend for a better possibility of getting scholarship and admission in any reputed varsity? I have checked the sample question of subject tests, those are easier for me. But I have to prepare a lot for reasoning test as I am not from English speaking country. Please give me some information on whether it's better to take subject test or reasoning test? It will be more helpful if you kindly include some short explanation/reasons too.

The reasoning test is for admissions into colleges, it is out of 2400 points, the subject tests are out of 800 and are used to test your knowledge specific to certain subjects. The SAT I reasoning test is required by most U.S. institutions and the SAT subject tests are supplementary tests that are required by higher ranked universities, but not by all universities.
