Hello

I have been learning English language for many years now, I almost understand everything that I read or listen from TV, Radio, etc, but my problem is when I start writing a topic , it seems I am running out of words to express myself in written language, so can anyone suggest ways to enhance my vocabolury and make it active rather than passive..

I understand how you struggle because I sometimes experience what you have experienced. I suggest that, after determining what topic you want to write about, you make first an outline, i.e., indicate the principal/major features/matters that you want to discuss, and then, put under each principal/major feature/matter the subunits or subtopics that fall under it until you feel that what you have outlined are already enough and that you are now ready to start writing. Make sure that your concentration is there on your writing task and that your heart and mind are focused on this task that you want to accomplish.
