Hi I am a new member in ESL Forum. My name is Che Moh Wan from Malaysia. I am a mother of two. I am a Chinese. I work in a Manufacturing Company as a Customer Service Manager. We do export to worldwide countries such as Sweden and United Kingdom. I usually email to customer for all the shipments and orders correspondence. I would like to improve my English in writing and speaking. This will help me to do my job better.
