Whine: that's the sound a mosquito makes, I guess it is idiom.

Suspicion: you regard something with suspicion when there is something about it that is probably not as good as it seems. That is a common expression.

However, I'd say the other three are possible as well, though perhaps not as common: doubt as to its trustworthiness, reservation as to accepting it, or disbelief as to the truth of its fulfillment or of its conditions.
