Hello

Would you please correct the following text?

A burglar who chose a karate athlete’s house to steal from, was caught by the police.
Supposing nobody at home, the 25 year old broke into the house by breaking glass of a window. not knowing that the landlord was engaged in/doing body building in his private sport hall.He entered a room and the moment he wanted to open a coffer, the athlete came in and he was severely beaten The thief was hit so severely that implored the athlete to inform the police to be arrested. At last the police officers arrived and took him into custody while he sustained a lot of injuries.

Thanks a lot.

.
A burglar who chose a karate practitioner’s house to break into has been arrested by the police. Supposing nobody at home, the 25-year-old entered the house by breaking a window, not knowing that the owner was body-building in his private training room. Just as the burglar was opening a cabinet/cupboard/drawer, the athlete came in and beat him so severely that the thief implored the athlete to call the police.
