Telecommuting is become more and more common. discuss advantage of telecommuting versus working in an office.
in my point of view, the Telecommuting is work arrangement in which employees enjoy the flexilibity in working location and hours.it provides job opporunity for the many students,many house wives,and many job seeker.some people working in office and other wiork in home, the employees have their choice to work in comfortable office or hoime.The telecommiting is based on business. like e-commercial,e- work. for eg : one of my friends is working in the telecommuting , he find this job provides him techinical knowledge to him. he communicate to many product , he has knowledge of various product.he feel this job a require skill of communicate with other. it also the unemployement problem in many countries.
