Hi Everyone,

This is Rahul from Bangalore.I'm 24yr old,working as desktop support engineer.I struggled a lot for getting a job.What is the current problem I'm facing is that I'm facing difficult at the time of communicating.Some times I'm unable to give proper answer even though i knowing the resolution.I know i can improve.For every job communication skills plays a crucial role especial for customer support.I need to improve my communication and knowledge.So I thought about the online learning.That's why i joined this forum.
I have completed my graduation in electronics in 2005.Now I'm doing MSc.IT through correspondence.
My hobbies are listening to music,traveling(mostly in bus).Glass painting.Gardening.
Nothing more to add.

Dear Torsten,
Please let me know what should i have do for improving my overall communication skills.In this recession time there is no appraisal in my company.I'm also afraid to search jobs.So I thought that during this period i will improve my technical skills & communication skills.I don't know so time i becoming very lazy.I'm very much interested in group study.IF someone helps me in studying i can learn very fastly.I have lots of ideas but nothing is hitting properly in the target.First I thought to write at the time of join in this.Anyway i think the right time has arrived now.Thanks in advance.
