please explain this for me, i really need help!

1. the freedom to see and hear, what is heard and instead of what should be was and will be.
2. the freedom to say what i feel and think instead of what want should be and think. i should say.
3.the freedom to feel what I feel instead of what I ought to feel.
4. the freedom to ask what is wants instead of always waiting for permission.
5. the freedom to take risk in one's behalf instead of choosing two only the secured and not rocking the boat.

I don't know what it is exactly that you want to know.
Only the third sentence makes sense to me.
You could use it in a situation like this:

"My mother died today. They expect me to feel sad, but I don't. I can't cry, I feel only confusion now. Perhaps they will think me cold and heartless if I don't cry at the funeral tomorrow. But they are wrong, they should allow me the freedom to feel what I truly feel; instead of forcing me to feel sad, which is what I ought to feel according to convention."
