Hi,

That's a place where people gamble their money by putting different sums of money by choosing certain numbers on a spinning wheel. If they have chosen the number where the ball is when the wheel stops spinning, they win. If not, they lose.

Well, that is roulette, a game of chance. Casinos are gambling houses which include many different games of chance, like roulette, poker and other card games, slot machines, etc.
