Hi,

Could you please help me understand 'in situation' in the sentence:if you happen to be close to the person you want to introduce yourself to (close physically or in situation).

Can I consider 'in situation' as 'the right environment for intorduce yourself'? How should I use this phrase?

Thank you very much
