Although 'wonder' can indicate surprise, 'I surprise' doesn't make sense.

Have you tried looking at that verb and the examples given in a Learner's Dictionary?
This gives some clear examples:

By the way:
sentences always begin with a capital letter;
the pronoun 'I' is always written as a capital letter;
sentences always end with a full stop or equivalent mark;
there is no space before a full stop, comma or similar punctuation mark.

Yeah. I read it before. I just do not know when do we say I wonder or where do we use it?
