Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Students should take out student loans to avoid working while studying. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

I agree, students should take loans to avoid working while studying. I think, it is very important to sponsor a student during his study ,in my opinion, don't have to narrow for a particular study level of students ;but should include all levels of study ;such as,pupils of schools , undergraduate and graduate students.
It isn't necessary to sponsor all students ,in particular , pupils of schools who are still sponsored from their families ,in some sense should be there is a background about the level in which the pupils is living for sponsoring them ;or not.
By absenting the financial sponsor , students may think of working .I believe, the working will affect his or her study level .
For undergraduate student, may need other requirements at university ,in addition, may study in an university out of his city ,so he need to whom is sponsoring the cost of his study and living.
The same thing is for graduate students ,but with a bit more of importance because there are a lot of obligations on them.
Also, the student may study in any university in the world which make burden be more and more on them.
For me, I have prepared to pursue PhD for more of two years; but I didn't get an grant neither from my government ,nor from any other charity institution.
Each semester , I receive an admission letter from university of Rostock in which is notifying me to join study. Because of the expenses of living is expensive in Germany ,where the university ,I didn't join study.
However, I think, the government should look to this issue seriously ,there are a lot of students in the same situation. Especially, those students who have traveled without any sponsorship,as far as I know, they are experiencing hard time in their life there. Eventually, they aren't progressing in their study.
So,I suggest an establishing an associations as in England , concern those students ,who haven't sponsorship . For me, I had experiment with Jane Pitz ' institution .Mrs. ,Jane Pitz ,who was presiding this institution, she focused her interest to all students in the world ,who didn't could go on with their study for any reason .
She was nice and kind lady , she told me that she was wishing to help me ;but her interest was just for undergraduate students.

But she didn't stop on this bound, she tried to direct me to her colleague ,who is working in an institution for human rights in Germany ,is called , Dr. Christopher,. Dr. Christopher, an english man ,PhD, in law ;and he is working as lawyer in this institution and has interest as Mrs. Jane for helping others. He told me that he would be able to help me, if I had decided to pursue PhD in Germany.
lastely, I hope to find as these institutions in my home ;but the most important question is, are there persons as Mrs. Jane and Dr. Christopher presiding these institutions?
